Is this pattern suitable for boys? 

Whilst this pattern was originally designed for girls, it can be used for little boys up to size 5 or 6.

If you wish to use for older boys pants (7-14) I advise using the Kids Tumble Bums instead. Note that the Tumble Bums are a pocket-free pattern.

FABRIC SUGGESTIONS: Quilting cotton is fabulous for this pattern as it comes in so many fabulous prints. Others: printed cotton voile, sateen, cotton poplin.

• Ankles: 12-25mm (1/2-1") elastic (whatever your preference).
