Bound To Be | Wide Binding T-Shirt Sewing Pattern
Great instructions and great fit. Love the neck binding in place of a neckband - very easy method to attach. I've made two so far, but I may shorten the binding slightly next time as it seems to pucker a bit at the front. I also added length to the armpit as other t-shirts I've made seem to sit too high and feel tight, and this has made this a very comfortable garment.
I was sceptical about the way the FBA is made but I must say it worked out pretty well on my test garment. I still have to tweak the fit a little bit but that should not be that difficult.
This was my first time making a tee shirt. I haven't worked with knits much. I love the neckline (I stitched in the ditch instead of top stitching) and the fit is great. I can't wait to make more of them and I love that there are so many options!
