I bought this pattern ahead of a tropical holiday and made a fit test out of poly crepe from Spotlight. So successful, I wish I had put the pockets in. I had to shorten the straps a lot to avoid showing some scarring and that has made it tight to wriggle in and out of. Next time will do the back opening.
I used rayon for a very light and cool playsuit. Perfect fit, comprehensive directions, many more coming.
lovely pattern, made 6 so far
i LOVED the instructions on how to measure yourself to check if you‘d need a longer bodice. there is another jumpsuit pattern that i made and it split my bum in two. PE patterns are so well thought through and i keep coming back!
Like many of the other reviewers, I was not confident enough to wear a jumpsuit but this pattern is so comfy and does not cling which is amazing.
The instructions are very clear and easy to follow ( while I have been sewing for years this was my first dressmaking project)
The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars is I found the legs a bit too wide/ flared but this will suit many people! And I can edit the pattern to reduce this next time
Love love love!
I’ve been too scared to buy a Playsuit or Pantsuit but now I’ve made three and I have so many more planned!
So easy to make!
And yay - it has pockets!!!
