THIS IS A DIGITAL PDF SEWING..
The Itty Bitty Harem Pants sewing pattern was designed especially for small and premature (preemie / premie) babies.
It features elastic waist, choice of 2 leg finishes, 3 different styles to sew from Plain Pants & Harems to Frilly Bottoms & Ruffle trim detail.
BONUS: it will fit some dolls too. Make a matching pair to your little ones harem pants.
*NOTE: as you can imagine, a premature baby is a very precious little bundle of joy often in need of extra special attention & care. For this reason, photos have been taken on a doll with measurements matching those of a premmie.

- A: Itty Bitty Frilly Bottoms: features a pretty little side frill detail. Pants & Harem Pants.
- B: Itty Bitty Premmie Bottoms: are nice and plain little harem pants with no side seams. Pants & Harem Pants.
- C: Itty Bitty Ruffle Bottoms: with 2 rows of gorgeously pretty ruffles across the bottom. Pants & Harem Pants.

The doll pictured is 37cm (14.5") long. She fits into both the P3 & P4 size. In the picture below with 6 images, the top one is P3 and the lower two are P4.

TRIM REQUIREMENTS:12mm (1/2") elastic for waistband. 9mm (1/4") elastic for ankles.
FABRIC SUGGESTIONS: Quilting cotton is fabulous for this pattern as it comes in so many fabulous prints. Others: printed cotton voile, sateen, cotton poplin.
FABRIC REQUIREMENTS: The following table outlines fabric requirements based on 110cm (44") fabric.
Please note: (1) The estimates below do not include directional fabrics. I recommend you cut out the pattern & lay the pieces down on a flat surface to help estimate fabric needs for directional fabric. (2) If you are sewing with rayon, remember to allow for shrinkage & buy a little extra. (3) Also it’s wise to pre-wash your fabrics, in particular rayon.
