Currency
Sometimes the website may show prices in the wrong currency. This usually happens for one of two reasons.
Scenario 1: Recent travel
If you’ve travelled recently, your browser may still think you’re in another country. When you return home and visit the website, prices can show in the currency of your travel destination.
On desktop, you can fix this by clicking the small flag in the top right corner of the screen and selecting your correct country.
On a phone or tablet, the easiest fix is to clear your cookies. If possible, clear cookies just for the Pattern Emporium website.
Scenario 2: Account location set incorrectly
Occasionally, your account may incorrectly detect your country.
To fix this, sign in to your account (the same way you access your pattern library).
Click My Account at the top of the page.
Scroll down and click the pink View Addresses button.
Click Edit and check that your country, state, and postcode are correct.
Save the updated address.
This should refresh the currency shown on the website.
